Most of my clients are directly from New York City, State College, Washington, DC or the surrounding areas. We can practice the city parks, when weather permits and/or work together in my studio or a yoga/fitness studio I trust. That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new clients in your area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution. I can even refer you to another professional.
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have, your specific needs and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients once a week.
My main purpose is to motivate, align, and de-stress you, to develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. In addition, I am also your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend a wholistic routine to set better habits or the right postures to do to fix the problem.
