Denise is teaching and subbing at YogaWorks in both NYC and DC. Usually one or two weeks out of each month Denise is in the city. On October 21, 2017, she brought her new Yoga & Vision Workshop to YogaWorks at the Upper West Side Studio in New York. In 2019, she's bringing workshops to Washington.
Nationally, Denise also continues teaching classes, publically speaking and leading workshops around the country. She recently spoke at the CPERI Conference at Penn State and offered a Vision Workshop in State College. International retreats include Santorini, Tulum and Mallorca.

YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
A method balancing precise instruction and alignment with the breath, movement, and flow in a class carefully themed to deepen the student's experience of yoga.
Using breath as the primary link to refine attentiveness, and connect the body and mind, this vigorous practice appeals to the stronger and more physically active student.
Level 1 & 2 Classes
From beginning to those with some experience, poses emphasize the fundamentals of asana or postures while simultaneously sequencing the class in a more dynamic way. Denise's expertise in offering new and exciting challenges for her students ensures more difficult positions are practiced safely and effectively.
Level 2 & 3 Classes
More strength, stamina and flexibility are required as more advanced postures and sequences are introduced- including inversion, backbends and arm balances. Difficult and more complex variations are standard. For experienced practitioners.

This 45 minute to one hour Bazoom Class is the healthy and fun way to learn easy low impact dance steps and heat up, while listening to your favorite Motown, and old and new dance tunes. A combo of simple Americana / Salsa / Ballroom dance steps, it’s a motivating and fun way to get that winter exercise without hurting yourself. There’s no jumping or complicated moves to learn, All are welcome. It’s just BAZOOM!
